Emperor
Account has a credit balance > Ordered new domain > Chose "Use Account Credit" and everything worked fine. Now I see a charge in my bank, an authorized "payment intent" in Stripe and no transaction record in WHMCS Also the domain name isn't in Enom, yet, might just be a Cron thing, I'll know tomorrow. And yes I accepted the order already. Why is it even discussing this with Stripe and My bank when the "Use Credit" option is selected?? twhiting9275
If there's no transaction record in WHMCS, then WHMCS isn't the one doing this. That's done somewhere else Double check your registrar account, make sure you don't have things setup there to charge in there as well.
Emperor
Not sure what to say. It's not a registrar thing 100% sure. It also happened with a hosting purchase by myself and then refunds right away. And it doesn't happen every time I do something using credit in my own account. Super weird.
twhiting9275
WHMCS doesn't just magically conduct transactions. It logs everything. If there's nothing in the transaction logs, then, this was not charged by WHMCS
Damo
Check the API log in your Stripe dashboard. In particular for transaction references that start with PI_ (payment attempts).
