can someone explain me this calculation of WHMCS on time to upgrade?

Please see the attached screenshort where I want to create an Upgrade/Downgrade order,  The Plan which I selected is cost of  180 INR /month for 12 months plan. so the total cost is 2160 INR

and the current plan cost is 499 INR/month which is monthly billing, so the user pay only 499, and now he wants to upgrade to different plan and annually billing cycle, but in whmcs as you see on screenshort showing Total due in minus (-) why ?? 

Because when we minus 2160 - 499 =  1661

The formula used to calculate the upgrade/downgrade price is based on the daily price of the product for the billing cycle.
