my country Philippines is not available when trying to setup PAYPAL gateway option

However, it is available in SANDBOX mode only.

I had already set it up but i wanted to redo it, but now since Philippines is not an optional country I cannot. I try to login my account via the small Paypal Window that appears during setup but there's no option for Philippines.

• is Paypal Basic another option?
• is there a way around country not being an option?

any help appreciated thank you

Hi @ghmercado,

If your country is not listed on PayPal's onboarding popup window, then regrettably the requisite PayPal product is not yet available in your location.

The required product is called PayPal Complete Payments (PPCP).

Please contact your PayPal account manager to get more information on when PayPal Complete Payments will be available in you location. In the meantime you can use PayPal Checkout or PayPal Basic modules.
