Error when importing a reply of a ticket

Hi,

When importing the reply of a ticket, I get the following error:

"The following replies were blocked and are not visible in this ticket:"

when clicking the link of the reply, I get the following error:

"An error occurred while communicating with the server. Please try again."

Please help.

We noticed this error on our WHMCS too. 

Can you try doing the same using Administrator account? Also, can you open DevTools > Network Tab and see if the request is failing because of firewall block or some other error?
