alanccw Posted March 4 Share Posted March 4 Hi, When importing the reply of a ticket, I get the following error: "The following replies were blocked and are not visible in this ticket:" when clicking the link of the reply, I get the following error: "An error occurred while communicating with the server. Solution Eugene Posted March 9 Solution Share Posted March 9 We noticed this error on our WHMCS too. Can you try doing the same using Administrator account?
