  1. The problem is solved by: 1. Set system default php version back to 7.3 2. Use |/opt/cpanel/ea-php73/root/usr/bin/php -q /home/alanccw/whmcs/crons/pipe.php for pipe. Thanks
  2. Hi, Two days ago. I upgrade the php of my site from 7.3 to 7.4. One day ago. When I try to visit WHMCS login page, I get "IonCube loader not installed" error. Since IonCube loader only has stable release for php 7.3, I downgrade php from 7.4 to 7.3. Then I can visit WHMCS page again. However, I notice that since two days ago, my WHMCS cannot receive any new incoming emails any more. I try to send a test email to one of the support departments in WHMCS. But the email is not received, neither it is bounced back. It seems that the email is absorbed. Below are the settings for WHMCS: Cron job: /opt/cpanel/ea-php73/root/usr/bin/php -q /home/alanccw/whmcs/crons/cron.php Email Forward: Address: support@example.com Forward To: |/home/alanccw/whmcs/crons/pipe.php Please help. Hi, If I create a support department with email address support@mydomain.com, then create the following two forwarders in cPanel to pipe the incoming emails: support@mydomain.com -> | php -q /home/username/public_html/whmcs/crons/pipe.php sales@mydomain.com -> | php -q /home/username/public_html/whmcs/crons/pipe.php Then since the support department is only use support@mydomain.com as the email address, what will it do with the emails sent to sales@mydomain.com? Based on my own test, it seems the emails to sales@mydomain.com will also be piped into the support department instead of being rejected, but I cannot find any official document on this. Thanks
