Rickarda Posted October 12, 2023 Share Posted October 12, 2023 Hi, on my platform of whmcs a client has paid the invoice for hosting service in the suspension period. After the payment, I unsuspended his account and all was good. After few days, the account was terminated automatically. How could this happen? It deleted the website from my server and everything is lost. I don t have a backup made for his website. Is there any way we can recover his website before termination?
