Custom Support Ticket Monthly Report

Hi Guys,

 I need to generate(or simply list) the list of Tickets handled by an Individual Admin over a time (let say monthly). 

I know that we can filter tickets based on the assignment, but this won't be effective in case the ticket that has been responded by multiple admins.

So I looking if anyone can help me create a custom report that shows the Tickets( IDs) handled by each admin.

I have seen the documentation https://docs.whmcs.com/Customizing_Reports

But it cannot help me much as I am not a developer my self.
