GoogieHost Posted August 20, 2023 Share Posted August 20, 2023 We are using iDevAffiliate with WHMCS Integration and it was working just fine, but for the last few weeks, it is not tracking any conversions. however its showing the Traffic stats I contacted to iDevAffiliate, and they said this Quote We use the WHMCS webhooks feature. Our file is in the /includes/hooks folder. What I'm letting you know is, the file is not being hit/loaded at all by WHMCS. You need to check with them to find out why the webhook feature is not working. This is on the WHMCS side of things that the webhook is not being called.
