bear
"templates_c" should be empty until you've run WHMCS and visited some pages. they have the right setting that every one should be able to see them What do you mean by this?

bear
"empty the map"? Assuming you mean the folder. "they have the right setting that every one should be able to see them" Please explain the above statement where you changed permissions on the WHMCS files. Is it only the client areas you aren't able to see, or is it also the administration section? Have you edited any of the template files, or is this a plain install with nothing altered?
Hogu
yes I mean the folder. To set the permissions I went to my ftp manger logged on and went to the files and set the permissions. No it are only the files what I think should be albe to be shown to every body. So the registration page clientarea....
Retired Forum Member WHMCS Joe Posted January 19, 2008 Retired Forum Member Share Posted January 19, 2008 Hi Please check that you have not entered an https url in the Configurations > General Configurations > https system url needs to be left blank if you do not have an ssl certificate installed on your domain. If this is not the case please open a tick and I'll take a look at your setup. Joe
Hogu
I solved the problem. I needed to let the SSL Url blank. Thank you
