mrtechnik
Hello, I have the following: Client 1 = ID 96 User 1 - ID 95 Client 2 = ID 97 User 2 = ID 96 When Client 2 requests a password reset or I initiate it within the admin for User 2 is sends the requests to Client 1/User 1. Has anyone had this issue, too, and has anyone found a fix for it?

Is it possible User 2's email address is the same as User 1/Client 1?
mrtechnik
It is very strange, but the email addresses are entirely different. One being a Hotmail and the other being a Gmail email.
Solution mrtechnik Posted August 3, 2023 Author Solution Share Posted August 3, 2023 Apparently, the issue was due to outdated email templates. I never saw an update to them.

Could you post which templates / changes needed updating, or a link on the WHMCS site to them? I want to double check our templates now that I'm seeing this post. Thanks!
