Custom Invoice Numbering not working

For some reason I am not getting custom invoice numbering.

 

under Tax Configuration I have

Custom Invoice Numbering ON

Custom Invoice Numbering Format {YEAR} {MONTH} {DAY} {NUMBER}

and under General Settings: 

 

 

can you please advice?

Can you please create (and publish) an invoice, and post a screenshot so we can see the result?

Thanks for sharing those screenshots. Those settings all look to be in order, and I'd expect the custom number formatting to be applied to the proforma once published.
