Remitur Posted March 25, 2023 Share Posted March 25, 2023 Hello. I've a script that manage open tickets, adding automatic response using WHMPS API, leaving them as open. But it happens that sometimes, after this script running, few minutes later "something" closes the ticket "for inactivity". In ticket's log I can find: 25/03/2023 11:39 New Support Ticket Opened 25/03/2023 19:09 Status changed to Open (by Admin6) 25/03/2023 19:09 New Ticket Response made by User (by Admin6) 25/03/2023 19:10 Ticket Auto Closed For Inactivity The operation done by the ticket are those marked done by Admin6 (at 19:09) One minute later (at 19:10) "something" autoclosed the ticket "for inactivity" ...
