Customer update his credit card?

Ok we just got a support ticket from a customer that wanted to update his credit card. My guys forwarded the call to me as they claim something changed.

 

when i client logs in and clicks on his details - was the ability to update his credit card not there before?

 

I now can not find a location for the customer to do that?

 

can anyone give me some guidance here? how does a customer update his credit card online?
