WHMCS Developer WHMCS Andrew Posted January 15, 2008 WHMCS Developer Share Posted January 15, 2008 Ok, In your cPanel server setup, you have 3 options... username, password and access hash. Have you set this up using the hash from WHM?

WHMCS Developer WHMCS Andrew Posted January 15, 2008 WHMCS Developer Share Posted January 15, 2008 Sorry, I am getting a little confused with where the issue is. Ok, step 1, does it create the cPanel account? If yes, where does the process stop working?
glendo
When I select add product and select a hosting package, I then select the continue button which brings up the next option which is a ddlist for the domain name. This list is innactive as well as the continue button. All the other packages are fine, i.e. (design packages ect.)
WHMCS Developer WHMCS Andrew Posted January 15, 2008 WHMCS Developer Share Posted January 15, 2008 Have you setup the domain list in the WHMCS/admin/configdomains.php ? This isn't automated and needs doing manually
glendo
Have you setup the domain list in the WHMCS/admin/configdomains.php ?This isn't automated and needs doing manually Exactly what does this entail? I have not done this, if it is not a part of the WHM setup process.
WHMCS Developer WHMCS Andrew Posted January 15, 2008 WHMCS Developer Share Posted January 15, 2008 No it isnt. You need to manually input the prices and the domain extension. <<snipped>>
glendo
Ok, Is this step outlined in the manual somewhere?
bear
No that I found, but it's pretty straightforward. Go to configuration -> domain pricing. In that section, you simply fill out the domain extensions you want to allow, and the price you intend to charge for registering/renewing/transferring them.
PPH
Just remember that when entering multiple year options pricing for the same extension, you will need to click the little + beside the extension to see or edit the additional terms.
glendo
Ok, I had already done that. I thought that this was something that needed to be done through the Cpanel.
