I believe it is possible to do this via hook, where the ticket is not displayed in the client area for a specific department ID. Could you help me to create this hook script? pRieStaKos Posted November 17, 2022 Share Posted November 17, 2022 Use ClientAreaPageSupportTickets to read the ticket list and hide the tickets you set to Status "Archive".
