Dawie
Hi everyone! Apologies if my heading is not making sense. I'll try to explain as best I can. So I'm very new to WHMCS but learning fast. Just a few issues coming up as clients sign up that I can't seem to find an answer for. A client signed up on the 24th of the month. We setup the pro-rata invoicing for the 25th of the month. So this client was charged a small pro-rata amount upon signup for the month of Oct, upt to the 25th. On the 25th of Oct the system generated another invoice for the full month for the period 25 Oct - 24 Nov. So it generates the invoice in advance and the client has to pay in advance. We prefer if they were charged in "arrears". In other words, the invoice for Nov shoudl be generated on the 25th of Nov. The invoice for Dec should be generated 25 Dec, and so forth. Is there a way to do this?
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted October 27, 2022 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted October 27, 2022 Hi @Dawie, WHMCS can perform post-paid invoicing for resources consumed, via the Usage Billing feature: https://docs.whmcs.com/Usage_Billing The regular service Recurring Amount will need to be paid in advance. Other users have suggested this in the past and we are tracking it on our feature request site, please do add your vote so we can best gauge demand: https://requests.whmcs.com/idea/arrears-billing
