MadsDK
Hi. I am trying here as I am not getting a response through the WHMCS support... (have been waiting for more than 5 days) I have a serious problem with my website. Everything is set up, but the problem now is that when I try to go to checkout and finally manage to press continue, I get a 404 error every time. (https://gyazo.com/f3f8fea1a3e4750c0e27e096a5c1a190) Other times I can't even get to enter a domain and see if it is available. Here it's stuck with "Verifying your domain selection..." (https://gyazo.com/550a4cb6503e76ffbf92111ddf7ec796) I've tried these things: https://help.whmcs.com/m/marketconnect/l/747675-troubleshooting-a-404-error-or-unexpected-page Both my theme support and NameHero say the problem is with the WHMCS bridge. What's wrong, and what can I do to fix this? Kind Regards, Mads
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted October 26, 2022 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted October 26, 2022 Hi @MadsDK, Unfortunately WHMCS bridge isn't a stock part of the WHMCS software. Have you tried contacting the support contacts for the WHMCS Bridge plugin directly for assistance resolving this issue with their code? In the meantime perhaps consider removing the Bridge plugin and using WHMCS without it.
MadsDK
Hi I've tried that now, but looking at their reviews on the plugin it doesn't seem like they check their support tickets, unfortunately. Is there another way to connect WHMCS with a wordpress website? Kind Regards, Mads
WHMCS Support Manager WHMCS John Posted October 27, 2022 WHMCS Support Manager Share Posted October 27, 2022 Hi @MadsDK, I don't have a personal recommendation for an alternative, but I do know many of the themes for WHMCS in our Marketplace also include a matching Wordpress theme. That way your Wordpress and WHMCS site can still match up perfectly: https://marketplace.whmcs.com/product/category/Templates+%26+Themes
