Chalipa Posted October 23, 2022 Share Posted October 23, 2022 Hi, POP3 mails are not getting imported in WHMCS, emails sent to sales@mycompany.com are not reaching WHMCS even though correct settings are in place as well as cron is set for every minute. Strange thing is that there is nothing in the Ticket Mail Import Log . The server it's being hosted has DirectAdmin as control panel and Litespeed. How do I find the real issue here?
