We are offering this to client through Synergywholesale using their WHMCS domain registration module. While authentication and connection is fine through the module. Registration of .au or .com.au domains need few more information like Eligilibility name, id and numbers. When we enter .com.au domain in order from for registration it shows these extra eligibility fields but when i enter .au domains it does not shows these extra eligilibility fields which is required to register .au domains. Can any one help me with this issue as what i am doing wrong or any udpate required on whmcs. The WHMCS verison is 8.2.1 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
slim Posted August 31, 2022 Share Posted August 31, 2022 I suggest you update WHMCS first then update the Synergy module - It works correctly here.
