Ezequiel Cattaneo Posted August 26, 2022 Share Posted August 26, 2022 Hi everyboy, I have a problem A customer reported that he could not reset his password, I tried to do it myself, and it is true, although he can complete it with his email, the email with the reset link never arrives and does not appear in the system log either. But with other customers it does work. Does anyone know what could be happening? In the customer profile, both have the same settings. leemahoney3 Posted August 26, 2022 Share Posted August 26, 2022 (edited) Have you checked the email logs on your server to see if the email is in fact being sent out? Take a look also in the tblusers table in your database and see if a value is showing under the reset_token column for that particular user.
