Form send ticket to email instead of the support department directly?

I have an email support@gmail.com. I then create a support department with this mailbox, and receive the messages via Google OAuth POP3. 

Now I find if the user submit the ticket via the form, such as https://www.datanumen.com/customer/submitticket.php?step=2&deptid=3, then the ticket will go to the support department directly, instead of sending to the email support@gmail.com

Is there a way to always make the ticket send to the mailbox first? I want to let Google Spam Filter to filter out the spam emails, and then the suppport department receive the remaining emails back to WHMCS system?

After submitting the ticket via your website you suggest it should not appear as a ticket anywhere, instead sending email to gmail and then import it from there to create a ticket? I don't think this is possible, it doesn't make much sense.
