Problems accessing the account.

Hello, we are having problems accessing our WHMCS account.
We need to update our access key, but we are not able to access our account and also when we request a password reset we are not receiving any email to reset the password.

The account is registered in this email: fperez@agenciaeflash.com.br

I am not able to send a message through the site, it keeps running the sending information and does nothing, it does not send the message.

We are very urgent to solve this problem, could you help us urgently.

We tried several times to get in touch through the site, but when I click on the Send Message button, it keeps running an icon on the side and does not send the message.

Thanks for providing that screenshot. I tested the form just now and my message was submitted successfully, so I've reported the matter to our website team for further investigation.
