Jonh Carter Posted May 13, 2022 Share Posted May 13, 2022 Hello, When someone open a support ticket the ticket open successfully without a problem. but when i check in Ticket Mail Import Log it shows The system blocked a potential email loop & in support center it show a error box abe the ticket box Unimported Replies The following replies were blocked and are not visible in this ticket. i am using the latest cron files.
