3awh Posted February 19, 2022 Share Posted February 19, 2022 Each Cron one of my client account gets suspended. The client had two invoices that was canceled do to a problem she was having. I un suspended the account and thought all was well. the invoice that was not paid for I deleted. then each night cron runs and in the morning its suspended again. I changed the invoice that was deleted to chanced again and that deleted the account. No big deal I recreated the account the account. figuring it was be all good. Nope still happens each night. now I clicked on Override Auto-Suspend and gave it a 2059 year and date. There is no other invoices active except the one paid with the PayPal setting. DennisHermannsen Posted February 20, 2022 Share Posted February 20, 2022 WHMCS suspends products based on the next due date. If this date is exceeded by how many days you've configured in the Automation Settings, WHMCS will suspend it.
