whmcs service renewal on invoice payment

User service didn't renew on invoice payment, sometimes payment confirm but due date not updating.

WHMCS version: 7.10.2

Any solution?

Make sure that the WHMCS cron job is running properly.

 

You can verify it in Automation Settings.
