JasonT Posted January 16, 2022 Share Posted January 16, 2022 Hi, I am offering site builder and it all seems to work fine, except when a user tried to Upgrade from a Free, to a Paid Plan. The upgrade works, but the user gets the following OOPS page and no email is sent. This happens with any template chosen. In our tests the issue no longer occurrs in v8.4. The upgrade is successful, but this is something to do with the confirmation email.
