Did you update your order form template when you last upgraded? Check line 38 of configureproduct.tpl

<div class="alert alert-danger w-hidden" role="alert" id="containerProductValidationErrors">

Make sure your file includes w-hidden

That was a new change somewhere around version 8

Dear,

Yes, the order form don't is the problem.

Other user with the same problem here:

Work fine if I delete all products with the issue and creating  again without custom field. It looks like some kind of bug.

Got it. I had a similar issue and thought maybe it would help you. I dont' recall if I was using a custom field at the time when I encountered the error.  I do use a custom field now on several products and haven't seen this error since adding w-hidden class  to my custom order form.

i reinstalled whmcs and the problem was fixed.

but now having an different issue, i have shifted my whmcs website from cpanel to directadmin now getting some errors. Users & Admins are unable to login, when they enter username and password and login then nothing shows and the same login page loads and when tried more than 3 times it says IP is blocked.

I have investigated further, the problem appears within "confproduct". It is not a problem of marketconnect, but the complete section does not allow to continue when configuring any product.

Even if I delete all the configurable options from the service, just because it has the quarterly price, the product requires entering "confproduct" and it cannot be continued there.
