ITC Services Posted November 3, 2021 Share Posted November 3, 2021 Hi there, As you should know WHMCS offers the ability to the customer to upgrade or downgrade configurable options of a Product/Service. Configurable Options Tick this box to allow Upgrading/Downgrading of configurable options Though, this feature is executed immediately and the customer will receive refund of any value he hasn't use. For my case, I would like to know if there is any possibility to use this features but the execution will be on next billing cycle/due date. The idea is to allow the customer to already do the adjustment which need to be executed on next billing cycle. For example: I bought 30 Office 365 licenses on 11/30/2020 and on next billing cycle (11/30/2021) I would like to reduce the number of licenses to 25. How can I proceed so WHMCS will take this request in consideration but will not apply it until next renewal of the service.
