Upgrading to 8.3

Hi @paulie,

This could happen on an installation using an Owned license key whose Support & Updates subscription has expired.

Due to a deficiency in the meta-data used by the Auto-Updater, owned licenses will display the Latest Version as 7.10.0 if Support & Updates expired prior to the release of 8.3.0 (on 12th Oct 2021).

My apologies for the confusion caused.

If this doesn't sound like your situation, please open a ticket with our Licensing team so we can check everything over.
