WHMCS ticket replies

For the last month or so, whenever I open a ticket with whmcs support, whenever they reply, it no longer sends me the actual reply, it just sends me a notification that there is a reply, and I have to login to view it.

This is incredibly annoying and time consuming and I have asked them how to switch this off a I  hate ticket systems that work this way,

The reply from Danny Dippolito states that this is how WHMCS now works for everyone since the last update and there is no way to turn it off.

So I have just tested my own WHMCS to confirm this, and it is simply not true. Tickets in my system still work exactly how they always have done, if I reply to a client ticket, it sends them the actual reply, it DOES NOT ask them to login to view the reply. Yes I do have the latest WHMCS version installed.

So as far a sI can tell, it is only WHMCS own ticket system that is doing this and I am being told porky pies.
