Add new order -> Invoice Dates

Hi,

When adding a new order FOR a client from the admin panel, is there a way to choose the invoice date & invoice due date?  Right now when adding the order it defaults to TODAY'S DATE for the invoice date and seems to set the invoice due date to 3 days in the future.  Due to this I have been adding the order, unchecking "send email" so it generates the invoice then going to the invoice to manually adjust the dates and then manually sending the email from the invoice for the client.

not from settings - I suspect you would have to code a solution using an action hook, or maybe see if there is a solution in Marketplace.
