Isaac Asher Posted May 15, 2021 Share Posted May 15, 2021 One of my customers ordered a domain, a few add-ons from MarketConnect including CodeGuard, and did not order a hosting account. The invoice is paid, however the order will not approve. All line items show active on the order except for CodeGuard. There is now a Pending Module Action for this order with a message saying "One of either a password or SSH key is required". Not sure how I should resolve this with the customer. I am inclined to think that she should purchase a hosting account separately, and then I should approve the original order... but I'm not certain that would work. Isaac Asher Posted May 26, 2021 Author Share Posted May 26, 2021 I resolved this by assigning a hosting account to the client, then I had to force the CodeGuard to retry configuration, then everything synced up and I was able to approve the order.
