Malkry Posted April 8, 2021 Share Posted April 8, 2021 Hello I added an addon (Configurable Option - Keyword Rank Tracker crawl) as in the screenshot, unfortunately it is not added to the Plesk account. Other GB add-ons are added and set the same way, and they work. When I add this via Plesk to my account, it works. The WHMCS log shows: Automatic product / service update successful - Service ID: 267 Successful Modules Package Change - Service ID: 267 but that's not true, it only checks everything in WHMCS, but in the Plesk account it is not added What could be the cause of this?
