Can't access my WHMCS, due to files being corrupt

Recommended Posts

Since yesterday, I've been trying to solve issues concerning corrupted WHMCS files.

It is impossible for me to access any WHMCS page due to this error.

I've tried to mannually re-install these files from a backup we have available, but no success. I've followed some guides available online, concerning issues with ioncube and php versions but that also doesn't seem to be the problem.

This is the error displayed:

My website has PHP 7.4 installed with the correct ioncube version(supposedly) as you can see bellow:

I've also contacted our host provider and they advised us to talk to you.

you mean if you drop down the PHP version to 7.2 or 7.3, it's still the same ?

it's entirely possible that if it's the latest version of PHP 7.4, then it might have been released after the last WHMCS version, so it might be incompatible.

and I think only WHMCS v8+ would support PHP 7.4, so which version of WHMCS are you using ?
