Reaper021 Posted March 25, 2021 Share Posted March 25, 2021 Ok i have scanned the internet for this error and it states check no other user using the email address and check database. I have done the following to confirm email does not exist 1. Checked every client and can confirm NONE are using that email address. 2.Checked database and can confirm NONE are using that email address. Yet when my client tries to register or i try to add them manually i get the error of "An Error Occurred Duplicate Email Address" How can i sort this has anyone had this and sorted it before if so how please as im about to possibly loose a client now. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
