  1. I have tryed everything after reinstalling whmcs and tcadmin twice i still get this error Order Accept Encountered Problems No results were returned. Check your TCAdmin logs. URL used: http://12.34.56.78:8880/billingapi.aspx1 Ip changed for security but you get the drift. All firewalls turned of to check still same. Server IP white listed on webhosting still same Please can someone help im lost now
  2. Ok i have scanned the internet for this error and it states check no other user using the email address and check database. I have done the following to confirm email does not exist 1. Checked every client and can confirm NONE are using that email address. 2.Checked database and can confirm NONE are using that email address. Yet when my client tries to register or i try to add them manually i get the error of "An Error Occurred Duplicate Email Address" How can i sort this has anyone had this and sorted it before if so how please as im about to possibly loose a client now.
