PayPal requests that we add all the aforementioned IP addresses before May 1, 2021.

So I got this email entitled:

Reminder: Important information about Instant Payments Notification (IPN)

[Image: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1jDpDGBW_j4Taa7iZdq0zhnvyTZ4RRYgS/view?usp=sharing]

And it lists a ton of IP addresses that I should add.

Anyone else get this? Do we have to add all these addresses to WHMCS? Where?

Thanks community!

You need to add them in your firewall config so they aren't blocked. It's not a WHMCS specific issue as these need to be whitelisted for any site on your server(s) that accept PayPal. It's so PayPal can send notifications to your server to tell you you've had a successful payment (or not). If the firewall blocks PayPal you'll never know a bill has been paid.
