SpaceIgniter
Hi, I'm using PayFast as my payment gateway. I've setup a test user to test the ordering process of products. Once I choose to place the order and it redirects to the payment gateway, the user (test user) receives an order confirmation and invoice. The order hasn't been placed yet or paid for, so why would this happen? Thanks for any assistance, Enjoy your weekend,

Yep. I'm not attempting to argue or kick up a fuss. The invoice shows the correct amount for the chosen order. My thought process just works: choose product(s) > place order > pay > order placed It doesn't seem to work that way though. The option to pay is available in the invoice, so I'm not too phased. Thanks 🙂

I agree 🙂 My thought process just goes: automation of actual order, should occur after the payment was made. It's not a big deal right now. I will be approving orders manually either way. Thanks again Brian, Hope you have a good week,
