steven99 Posted January 8, 2021 Share Posted January 8, 2021 They are used for some cards but not like mastercard / VISA. Have not run across them myself but have heard some cards in the EU have those. They can be turned off via General settings -> Invoices tab, uncheck Issue Number/Start Date .
