Addon Config Function

Till now I was using separate table for addon settings, mostly because they were lot. But as for now I need just a couple of setting, so I decide to test Config Function. The sample code is:

function demo_config() {
    $configarray = array(
    "name" => "Addon Example",
    "description" => "This is a sample config function for an addon module",
    "version" => "1.0",
    "author" => "WHMCS",
    "fields" => array(
        "title" => array ("FriendlyName" => "Title", "Type" => "text", "Size" => "25",
                              "Description" => "Give a Title", "Default" => "Test Article", ),
        "active" => array ("FriendlyName" => "Active", "Type" => "yesno", "Size" => "25",
                              "Description" => "Tick if it is Active", ),
    ));
    return $configarray;
}

My question is how I can retrieve these values in public php files. eg to check if active is Yes or No.

Thank you

Chris
