After install error oops something went wrong and we couldn't process your request

I don't know what to do. I just try to upgrade the whmcs at end get an error and now nothing works. 

Can anybody help me?

enabling error reporting should give you more of a clue as to the cause of the error.... possibly it's an incompatible addon...

as above, you're going to need to enable error reporting to get WHMCS to give you more details as to the cause of the issue.

I fix the problem making a new installation of WHMCS.

have you setup the cron yet ?

Yes. After install a new version I could realize what was wrong with the installation. Was an issue about rights on the files. I hope next time I could remember to change that before I start the upgrade.
