WHMCS - Stripe Checkout Version

Vikash

Question

Hello, my name is Vikash and I have selected Stripe for my payment provider from within WHMCS.  I had reached out to Stripe and I asked them that I wanted to use their chargeback protection feature.  They agreed that I could use it; however, they asked that I contact WHMCS and ask what version of Stripe Checkout is being used for my account.

My account needs to be using the latest version of Stripe Checkout which is called Elements (Stripe.js).  Is that what my account is using?  If not, I have a contact at Stripe who said that he can forward an API call to WHMCS to allow for my account to use the latest version of Stripe Checkout (Elements --Stripe.js).

Thanks,

-Vikash
