Almost fully setup 2 new issues

Ok so I am almost setup but I have run in to two more issues;

 

1. when trying to place a order and when it gets to the /cart.php?a=checkout page all i get is a blank page.

 

2. In the client area under my hosting packages, view details (/clientarea.php?action=productdetails) it goes to a blank page.

 

any help?

issue number 2 is fixed it seems but still have issue number 1

It seems to be working fine for me. Try deleting your cache out of your browser.

a problem in your template - put the originals back to prove that

a php error in your checkout/actions customisations - turn them off to prove that

additional spaces in something after the closing ?>

edit the tpls and and changed phps to check

It seems to be working fine for me. Try deleting your cache out of your browser.

 

Did you go through the entire process?

 

I should have been a little bit more clear I didnt see at first that /cart.php?a=checkout actually was a few pages. The area I am having trouble with is after you select your package, enter your domain, and when you get to the page where you fill in all of your account information and click on the complete order button. Once click on that button is when you get the blank page.

 

I have tried all three of these options:

Auto Redirect on Checkout

Select to not automatically redirect and just show the order completed page

Select to automatically redirect the user to the invoice

Select to automatically redirect the user to the gateway

 

and it still gives me the blak page when I hit the complete order button.
