Options not showing up after choosing "Order Now"

I had been able to make this work once. But, I am not sure what I broke but after a user clicks on a "Order Now" button on the page that lists the Hosting Plans, the page that the user is directed to does not appear to be populated fully.

I am in a pretty desperate situation! I would appreciate any help or pointers you could give me. Thank you!

that's the "Modern" template - it hasn't been updated in years, and if you've upgraded to v8, it will have been removed/renamed.

that's standard cart - which implies you've configured that first Product Group to use Modern, but your default orderform template is standard_cart.

the first thing I would do is make that product group use standard_cart.

and then I would ask have you added any domain TLDs and pricing to the Domain Pricing page ?

sadly, I can't access your client area as it's throwing 503 Unavailable error messages. 😲
