not really - possibly you could create them for the client and access them that way - but in your situation, that would be horrendous to organise. 😲

Custom fields are simply extra information fields that you can add for your contacts. These will be in addition to the existing fields - Name, Mobile number, Email and Company.

not really out of the box - obviously, you can go down the customise road, create a custom database table to store this information and then add access to it in the admin area - but that's only worthwhile if you think you're going to be using v7 for a while and not upgrading.
