See when user access client's account

Recommended Posts

Before v8 beta came out, I was building a module that would let our clients see a login history of their account. They would be able to see the time, the IP and would be able to whitelist/blacklist IP's from accessing their account. I was using the "UserLogin" (previously ClientLogin) hook to add all the relevant data in a separate table.

Then came v8 and introduced users...
If a user has access to multiple accounts, it doesn't trigger the "UserLogin" event when they access a client's account. Is there any way that I can spot when a user is accessing a client's account?

And don't tell me to submit a feature request - I've done plenty of those, but it seems like only a small amount of WHMCS users knows that it exists. The only feature requests that have a lot of votes are the ones that are also being discussed heavily on these forums - and I don't think anyone else is going to have my issue 😜
