Automatic domain registration is not done

its near 2 weeks we have an issue with domain registration,

clients try to whois and register domain (payment confirmed) but domain not register automatically and i have to do this manually (so no problem with registrar module)

after contact them. they say

In general, WHMCS checks for the credit balance of your client to automate register operation triggered by him/her. Without the client's credit balance, the registration would not be triggered automatically. 

On your WHMCS admin area > Clients > select your client > you will be navigated to Client Profile > check 'Credit Balance' under 'Invoices/Billing' => Is the credit Balance is zero? this credit should not be zero for automation. 


any idea ?

Hello Nimafire,

I would suggest checking under Utilities > Module Queue which may show the error when trying to register the domain.
