nimafire Posted July 14, 2020 Share Posted July 14, 2020 Hello its near 2 weeks we have an issue with domain registration, clients try to whois and register domain (payment confirmed) but domain not register automatically and i have to do this manually (so no problem with registrar module) after contact them. they say : In general, WHMCS checks for the credit balance of your client to automate register operation triggered by him/her. Without the client's credit balance, the registration would not be triggered automatically. On your WHMCS admin area > Clients > select your client > you will be navigated to Client Profile > check 'Credit Balance' under 'Invoices/Billing' => Is the credit Balance is zero? this credit should not be zero for automation. any idea ? 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
