Use clients domain instead of Server FQDN

Recommended Posts

Hi

When a client clicks the 'Login to cPanel' button on their hosting account it will use the WHM servers root address such as https://mywhmserver.whatever.com:2083', is there a way to use the clients actual domain name for the URL?

The reason for this is I have an add-on called 'R1 Soft Backup' and this will only work when the clients hosted domain is used to access the cPanel control panel, it will fail when using the server root FQDN.

thanks

if you don't mind them having to enter login details....

with regards to SSO and cPanel, the two threads below might be helpful...
