Why system automatically change next due date?

Hi,

After my clients paid invoices successful, the product should be change next due date to the next month. But system automatically changed back to the day clients pays, there is no automatic extension to the next month. Pls help me to solve this problem.

You should probably open a support ticket. If the product is set up as monthly, it should change to the next month after payment. Check the invoice and it should also list the period for which he paid.
